As a nominee for Trustee to the University of the South I would like to maintain that current bond between the university and the Episcopal heritage to which it is bound. It is important that our religious and faith identity continue to be a part of the formation of leaders in our culture. as we "Love the Lord" with our minds. I would like to be a representative and advocate of that principle to the university leadership. Having not served in this capacity before I am looking forward to participating with one of the sub committees where I'm needed. Whether that be related to stewardship in fundraising in which I volunteered as a seminarian or in property and grounds in which I have experience with my environment design education. In any capacity needed I would like to match my abilities with the needs of the university. It would be a privilege to represent the Diocese of Texas in the university community.
Como candidato a fideicomisario de la Universidad del Sur me gustaría mantener el vínculo actual entre la universidad y la herencia episcopal a la que está ligada. Es importante que nuestra identidad religiosa y de fe siga formando parte de la formación de los líderes de nuestra cultura. mientras "amamos al Señor" con nuestras mentes. Me gustaría ser un representante y defensor de ese principio ante la dirección de la universidad. No habiendo servido en esta capacidad antes, estoy deseando participar con uno de los subcomités donde se me necesite. Ya sea en relación con la recaudación de fondos en la que me ofrecí como voluntario como seminarista o en la propiedad y el terreno en el que tengo experiencia con mi educación de diseño del medio ambiente. En cualquier capacidad que se necesite, me gustaría combinar mis habilidades con las necesidades de la universidad. Sería un privilegio representar a la Diócesis de Texas en la comunidad universitaria.
