Council Fees:

In addition to registering for council, each congregation is required to submit the following documents no later than January 24, 2025:

  • Parochial Report – Report filing will be available starting on January 6, 2025.  Deadline to complete and submit the report is January 24, 2025, regardless of the Episcopal Church deadline.

  • Certification of Lay Delegates and Alternates

  • Necrology Report

  • Journal Directory – All officer and vestry positions in USHER Portal will need to be updated by January 24, 2025.  Parish Administrators and Heads of Congregations have access to make these updates.  Journal Directory reports are no longer to be submitted to the diocese since the updates are now made by the churches through the USHER Portal system.
